Third Hackers Congress Paralelni Polis is approaching fast. It is a pleasure to announce the launch of our new congress website with the continuously updated information about our speakers, programme and partners. #HCPP16 Decentralized
The underlying theme of HCPP16 is decentralization as the latest trend not only in economics, but also in technologies and social organization. The most recent progress in technology is causing an unprecedented shifts in all kinds of fields ranging from money and banking to governance. The goal of the congress is to bring together experts from different fields who are the main agents of this upcoming revolution.
 
Speakers and Programme
This year we are scaling the congress up! We expect more than 500 attendees and over 40 speakers from various fields such as the freedom movement, cryptoanarchy, sharing economy, political art and hacking. Beside that, the congress will be accompanied by discussions, workshops, social events and other program in collaboration with our partners such as Cultural Hijack art exhibition, FashionSTL, 3D-printed fashion show, and Ultrahack, hackathon and innovation contest organizer.
